Woosh, I splashed into the water wishing to be a mermaid . Suddenly I turned into one, what I've been wishing for for my whole entire life I said to myself. I was adorable with glittery sparkles all over. My favourite colour was pink. my baby turned into one too. She was adorable with glittery sparkles all over I had to hold her so she wouldn't brake her tail bye falling so I took her home and and I went home and I went shopping well her big sister looked after her I got seaweed chips and meat and veges for tea tonight then I went home and looked after my baby.

What an exciting start to your story Katie. Turning into a mermaid must have been such a surprise. Not to sure I could live under water it would be too cold for me. I will look forward to reading the rest soon.
