THE ROCKY SHORE
"Ewh that's gross"I shouted as I was staring at a midget crab with no shell ! ( you don't see that every day ! ) I felt the scruffy , damp and slimy rocks . I was determined to uncover the slimy rocks . The next rock I turned over had a massive crab under it !!!! About five minutes later Caleb said " stop turning rocks over," then he told us to look at a tiny crab he had found, it was black and purple!!! Next I found a sea anemone I put it under water and after about 5 minutes the tentacles came out they looked awesome . By Jackson.
I'm really happy with my description ( the rocks were rough , slimy and discussing )

Hey I really liked the way you talked about what the rocks felt like almost felt like I was there too! The words jumped out of the page when you said about the colours of the crabs and its nice too see you mention the other children too. My favourite bit was at the end when you said about the sea anemone and its tentacles that was my hook and I wanted to read more.

The damp slimy rocks must have felt yucky to touch, you must have been determined.
