There was a lion on sticks chasing a giraffe. The lion got ready to pounce. The lion has a big mane. It did a big pounce on to the giraffes back. The giraffe fell to the ground like a big rock. It shrieked loudly when the lion bit its neck.
This sounds like an action packed attack. I bet the giraffe got a huge fright when the lion fell on it at bit it's neck. I really like the way you described the lion getting ready to pounce and it was exciting to see you used a simile to describe how the giraffe fell to the ground.
